Our commercial projects range from small equipment foundations to manufacturing facilities of 200,000 square feet.
Focused on technically challenging industrial projects, Rohrbach is ready to take on specialized work to meet your facilities needs.
Civil and Municipal work is one of the foundations of Rohrbach. We excel at constructing America's Infrastructure.
The concrete paving we have constructed includes municipal streets and alleys, truck terminal paving, office parking lots and parking decks. Using American Concrete Institute design criteria, we have modified designs of many of the same parking lots for economical alternatives to asphalt paving. In addition, F.A. Rohrbach. placed the first ultra-thin whitetopping of a municipal street in the northeastern United States and has used the technology for similar applications for terminal paving at the Lehigh Valley International Airport.
Rohrbach has installed ADA Compliant Ramps in Cities and Municipalities across Eastern Pennsylvania. We are able to construct large, multi-phase projects, or a single ramp.
Slabs including structural slabs, slabs on grade using mechanical shake-on hardeners and laser screed systems. Elevated flat-work in slab on deck applications for multi-story office and commercial buildings.
We have constructed foundation systems for pre-engineered and conventional buildings as well as mat footings and have employed conventional plywood forming systems, prefabricated steel-ply systems and gang-form systems.
A Penn DOT pre-qualified concrete contractor, site construction includes large retaining walls, tapered walls, and storm water management structures. Slip form curb, barrier, and paving. Sidewalk, footers, pads, and stairs. ADA Compliant Ramps and structures.
